You must be 18 years or older to use Midnight Society. Some venues and events may require additional verification.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Midnight Society a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
Do not post illegal, harassing, deceptive, or harmful content. Do not abuse the platform's systems, scrape data, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Ticket purchases are subject to the terms set by venues and organizers. Refunds follow our published Refund Policy and applicable law.
Venues, organizers, and creators are responsible for the accuracy of listings, the legality of their events, and compliance with local regulations.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or to protect users and the platform.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of user-submitted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midnight Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
