Account details (name, email, date of birth), profile content you upload, payment metadata (processed by our payment partner — we do not store card numbers), device and usage data, and approximate location when you enable it.
To operate the Service, personalize your feed and recommendations, process tickets and payments, communicate with you, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We share data with payment processors, hosting and analytics providers acting on our behalf, and with venues only when you purchase a ticket or book a table. We do not sell personal data.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Use the in-app data tools or email privacy@midnightsociety.app.
We retain account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with legal and fraud-prevention obligations.
We use encryption in transit, strict access controls, row-level security on our database, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to security@midnightsociety.app.
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Midnight Society is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
